Why are my KPIs showing up as zeros?

The main reason why you would not get your KPIs are: 

  1. Your Jira issues do not have an original estimate in Jira
  2. Your Jira issues have no assignee in Jira
  3. The assignees on your Jira issues do not have an hourly rate set in the Aneto Project Accounting system
  4. One or many Jira issues are being accounted for more than one project or retainer

You can always go to the "Warnings" section to see exactly what pieces of information you are missing to have accurate calculations
